Time Warner Full Service Network
In 1995, a number of cable operators tried
to jumpstart interactive television services with the launch
of several field tests, including Time Warner's Full Service
Network in
Orlando, Florida.
FSN offered subscribers a full menu of such
interactive services as video on demand, data, home shopping,
games and voice services.
Working with Crossover Technologies, DaveJ
designed a fun, engaging environment for Time Warner Music
Group's shopping channel. The channel allowed home viewers
to sample music clips and videos and to purchase CDs through
several vendors, including Columbia House.
